From the well, designed rooms to the attentive service and delicious breakfast, every aspect of the stay is geared towards creating a memorable experience. Guests can enjoy a lovely view from their rooms and can take advantage of facilities such as a play area and swimming pool for added enjoyment.

There is a language barrier at the hotel, as the staff does not speak English. This can make simple tasks like checking out or clarifying room charges quite challenging and frustrating.

The set up for families is amazing. I didn't have to worry about my active 2-year-old - everything is well thought out with kids in mind. So much to do between the Fazenda and Village.

Our family city break provided the best family experience we have ever had. The facilities and activities suited us perfectly. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches in the family accommodation, such as child-friendly furniture, a convenient kitchenette and plenty of space to spread out. The location was ideal for exploring the countryside and the natural surroundings were breathtaking.

One small downside was the language issue, as English-speaking staff were not available to assist with our minor queries. For us, this was only a minor inconvenience and we didn't let it change our opinion of the overall experience.

Although this hotel is of an international brand, none of the staff spoke English, which caused a minor inconvenience. this is easily compensated for by the attentive service, Spa & wellness centre, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage.
